Welcome to Triple Moon Studio (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Site and the purchase of our products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account login password secure.

  • Data Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

 

2. Products and Pricing

  • Handmade Variations: Our candles, elixirs, scrubs, perfumes, soaps, and beard oils are handmade. Natural variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.

  • Allergy Notice: All product ingredients are listed on our packaging. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients to avoid personal allergic reactions.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue items at any time without notice.

 

3. Orders and Domestic Shipping

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or errors in product descriptions.

  • Domestic Only: We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sale: Due to the personal care nature of our elixirs, scrubs, perfumes, soaps, and oils, certain items may be final sale for hygiene reasons. Please view our full Return Policy for details.

 

5. Product Safety and Liability Limit

  • Proper Use: You agree to use all products safely according to instructions (e.g., never leaving burning candles unattended, patch-testing skin products first).

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by New Jersey law, Triple Moon Studio shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products.

 

6. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
